S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y Night!

It is. I'm revisiting my unfinished story folder and adding a few paragraphs here and there.

It's such a relief to write sometimes. I drafted three last weekend. I need to edit them a good bit yet. I'm still working on my novella. Should be interesting, a re-write of the fairy tale "The Snow Queen." Started a poem tonight too. It's nice to have the time.

Yes. I stopped writing altogether for a while, but now that my life's fallen back into place, my muse seems to have returned.

ETA: Wine's catching up with me. Think I'll have to say good night.

I bought a new coffee maker today and just finished brewing the first pot. I realized the other one was over 10 years old and its time to update.

I'll make a nice creme brule flavored coffee with crown royal tonight to celebrate.

Sal, how do make a coffee maker last 10 years, we wear them out in 4 max?

Hmmmm curbside pickup from Outback..12oz sirloin, aussie cheese fries, and Yuengling lager. Nice way to start the night.

Yuengling sounds good, but I don't have any. Sooo, it's either Bud, Corona, Red Stripe or Steamboat. Hmmm - two of each! Yeah, that's the ticket, two of each.

I baby my stuff, well everything but my car. I am murder on cars. But I have a 10 year old coffee maker, a 7 year computer, 9 year old tv, 14 year old microwave.

Now once my boys become teenagers, all bets are off. :(

Hmmmm, yup, the Yuengling is house beer here. Not a huge fan of Bud, though Bud Light is the preferred party beer. Corona is ok, but I think El Presidente was better [though it mighta been that I had it on the beachs of St Marteens], can't say I've had the other two though.

I'm surprised you're able to "baby" anything with boys around. I have 1 nephew and he's managed to mar or break half my stuff. And he's a great, well-behaved kid.

Never had El Presidente. Red Stripe is Jamacian and Steamboat is a brown ale - not the greatest. I was mistaken about Steamboat anyway, I have some Newcastle Ale instead of Steamboat and I found a couple of bottles of Beck's.

El Presidente is a Caribbean beer, much like Corona, in fact you put a lime in it as well.

Happy Saturday everyone. :rose:

I shall indulge in Choya Umeshu again this Saturday night, although the company won't be nearly as nice.
