remember the old commercial about the russian catwalk show? is it coming true?
about a month ago i bought a denim jacket by the brand godbody. i'd never heard of it. the jacket is an oversized barn coat style. what made me buy it was a tag that said "made in russia"...i thought that was pretty unusual and have been showing the tag to people.
today, i bought a gap windbreaker...black nylon, thigh length, hooded...very generic. when i got home i was looking at the laundering tag (i wash everything before i wear it) and, once again, the tag said "made in russia"...from gap.
when did russia break into the apparel market?
