I'm announcing my candidacy for President as the Fascist Candidate. My campaign motto is: IF I WIN YOU WIN. I have other mottos: NO ONE WANTS TO SEE YOUR ASS and IF YOU WANNA KEEP YOUR HAND, KEEP IT OUTTA THE COOKIE JAR.
Fascists are close cousins of the Mafia, and our deeds pretty much adhere to the social & economic principles the Mafia uses.
CORPORATE TAXES
Take corporate taxes as an example. As of right now most of the major corporations pay no income taxes but get all the government assistance and protection they want. You pick up the tab for the generosity. Under my administration this will change. Big Box will pay the US Treasury 10% of its gross sales in America or its trucks might be hijacked. You never can tell.
The budget surplus that results wont be bullshit on paper.
Most major corporations get a free ride with state/local taxes. Its cheaper for them to bribe politicians than pay fair taxes. This will change, too. Every business will pay 1% of its gross sales to the tax collector for a business license. If BIG BOX is selling 150 MILLION a year, state/local government gets 1.5 MILLION. As it is BIG BOX pays about what MOM'S FLORIST SHOP pays. SHYSTER & SHYLOCK, the lawyers, will pay 1% of the money they collect from lawsuits. SAL MONELLA's restaurant will pay 1% of its gross sales, too.
EDUCATION
Everyone gets tested for their vocational aptitudes. You get to pick one career from the list of recommended vocations on your aptitude cluster. The state educates you for free and gives you a stipend to pay the bills....so long as you attend classes and pass the coursework. Then you get a list of cities to choose from where a job is available. Jus like in the army. If a gig in Hawaii is available, lucky you.
RETIREMENT
Your retirement money is your money. If your company offers a retirement plan you control your part of it NOT the company. You can put your money in the bank, under your mattress, bury it in the back yard, whatever. Its your money.
