The Nightmare in Kentucky continues. This hateful jackass now wants to tax sales of gravestones in addition to coffins.

No link to the story since it was in a printed newspaper, but it shouldn't be too hard to fins.

Must be a Democrat cause they only think of Cradle to Grave taxes!

"And my advice for those who die:
Declare those pennies on your eyes.
'Cause I'm the taxman, yeah, the taxman
And you're working for no-one but me."
--George Harrison, mega-millionaire

Graveyard taxes have been around for a long, long time. My family is mostly buried in a private cemetery where, under state laws dating 'way back, each burial plot is a real estate purchase, subject to appropriate fees and taxes. And isn't the coin you pay Charon to ferry you across the Styx a tax that can be avoided if you swim across?

To avoid death and post-death taxes, jump into a shark tank.

Hell.

If they can vote they can pay taxes!:D
