There are really no rules to this nomiation, except these:
When the nomination round it over, we will tally the votes, and the top 4 will make it to the voting round.
[*]You can nominate in the different categories until July 7th 2001!
[*]Nominations will only be taken in the 12 categories that are up now. no new categories will be added without proper authorization.
