Rules of Nomination

Here are the rules...

Here it is, these are the rules for the nominating of stories for the 2000 Literotica Awards...

1. Any story nominated must be currently on the Literotica site.
2. Any story nominated must have been published on the site between Jan.1, 2000 and Dec.31, 2000.
3. All stories winning awards last year are ineligable to win this year, but authors who won last year can be nominated again.
4. Nominations will only be taken in the 26 categories, no new categories will be added without proper authorization.

The Nominations will run through to January 31, 2001. After that, the voting will begin.

Question...

How can we tell which stories were posted during the 2000 calendar year?

Right now, just nominate any story you want that didnt win last year... Then Laurel will go through the nominations and throw out the ineligible stories... but if you have any specific stories in question, then you can either email myself or Laurel and we will get back to you on if that story is eligible or not

One thing I must remind you

Laurel mentioned this and i think it is important, the nomination forums are for nominations only. any discussions about nominations or anything else, should be taken to the General Board...

well some of us would like to nominate some of the sudio stories, but you seem to be ignoring that request here and on the general board. why is that?

I know there has been much talk about an audio story... I will run it by Laurel.. its not that i cant do it without her approval, its just that I dont like too...

I like to have Laurel's approval of everything that I do... I dont want to cross the line... There is a lot that goes into this and I want Laurel to have the final say in the larger issues...

I for one appreciate the amount of work you must be doing, especially while they are gone. Thank you for helping out and giving them the chance to have this holiday.
Appears to me like a few people have the grumps this week. I think they keep forgetting this is a FREE site.

Ok now there it's possible to nominate audio stories, but what about audio poems? Do they go into the same category or is that a seperate category??

Hi all,

Just popping in to thank HSWriter for the hard work he's put in to organizing both last year's and this year's awards, and to ask everyone to give him all the support you would give Manu and I. He's helping us out quite a bit and we're extremely appreciative.

As far as the audio goes, all audio stories and poems will be in one category. Beyond that, all categories are final - no new ones will be added. If you have suggestions for next year, please feel free to email them to me!

The end of the Nominations??

There seems to be some confusion about the day that the nominations end. On the Literotica login window it says 31 January 2001. Here in the rules it says 15 January 2001. Which is it????
