I do not want to screw up anyone's thread so I will vent on mine. Not sure if One of my jobs I work at a homeless shelter. Everything is free to the clients.
Yesterday morning one of them decided he did not like the coffee. Spent 10 mins cussing me out cause it was not to his liking.
Finally I got tired of it and told him if I were him and it was really THAT BAD I would demand my money back. That shut him up right now. He was in shock that someone spoke to him in such a manor.
This idiot is no longer staying here. He decided the rules were too tough.
Only rule we really have is no smoking inside the building. Which I might add is a state law. I just can not get over how some people take all these hand outs and then bitch cause it aint just the way they want it.
