Okay. I've stalked Ruby around the board a time or two, and I've seen the numerous posts after hers usually saying something to the effect of "And I really like Ruby's fruits too!" or some variation on that. This may sound weird, but unlike them when I hear Ruby's username, my mind immediately wanders to the 1001 Nights and the jewel fruit trees in the cave of Aladdin.

Have you ever had an off beat interpretation of someone's nic, or perhaps have odd associations with it?

No I am asking if you have ever interpreted a name to mean something other than what the user intended, or perhaps a more offbeat interpretation than everyone else on the board.

Something like that. There are many plays on a name, and not everyone thinks of the most obvious.

Yes, I've done that, Silly. Many times. Most recently, I read "lisalovesit" as "lisa love sit." I thought she liked to sit. Also, I did think lobito's nic refered to his sex drive.
