Well, I usually buy the cheap maybelline stuff.. but I haven't found any colors that I like lately.

Ruby suggested Carnal.. for a red.. and I love it!

I'm a neutral browns kinda girl.. with lotsa shine.. so they had this new product called Lustre- Fresh Brew #A32. It is my new favoritist lipstick ever.. I don't care how much it cost.

I spent $35 bucks for 2 lipsticks and an lipliner. Not toooo bad, I guess.

And hey, the ego boost from the sales lady telling me how pretty I am.. didn't hurt either

That Carnal is gorgeous on you, Licky! I've owned and tossed a dozen tubes of red - I can yet to find one that works. I now have one tube of MAC Odyssey that I wear everyday. It's the only lipstick that I've ever bought two consecutive tubes of - it's my signature color by now.

Mischka, I've never found a red that worked for me before either. They all were too bright, or turned pink or orange on me.
