I will pay $50 (PayPal) for permission to publish stories of 5-10K words under the pen name of Roxy Wood.

Exclusivity is NOT required. You don't have to remove the story from Lit. You just have to sign a consent form giving me permission to slap the name Roxy Wood on your work, edit it, and publish it as an ebook. Simple, really.

I was operating on the assumption that the author would prefer anonymity. Otherwise, they'd just publish their work themselves.

And, keep in mind that I am not seeking exclusive rights. You can still do as you please with your stories.

I've fielded a few questions via PM, so I figured I'd share the answers here in case anyone else was curious:

• This is a brand new venture. My first half dozen publications are currently in editing.
• I'm not interested in becoming a royalties-paying publisher, so I'm buying stories at the rate most erotica anthologies pay (only seeking fewer rights).
• PayPal is a necessary part of the agreement. It leaves a transaction record that protects me from potential claims of plagiarism (since I will be publishing work under a name different than the original author's).
• If you want to see the story published under YOUR chosen pen name, but at the same price, I'm certainly willing to consider it. PM me.

Yes paypal seems to have some form of "ethics". I tried to use my paypal card to purchase something overseas and it wold not put the transaction through. They thought it seemed to be an illegitimate transaction even though I was on the damn phone with them telling them it was indeed my account and why the hell can't I buy what I want?

Annoying because it was for a surprise for the wife and paypal is the only account I have that is not shared with hers.

Thank you, Stella. I'm well aware of PayPal's eccentricities and have been on the receiving end of its fuckery in the past. I don't keep funds there any longer than absolutely necessary these days.
