ship'em out. SCOTUS says the Alien Enemies Act requires minimal 'due process.' The full transcript of the courts ruling has implications for the routine extradition process as well.

The nation will be in no way better off if they all leave. Quite the reverse.

A lot of people make the mistake of thinking only violent criminals who are in this country illegally will be subjected to this kind of extradition and deportation without trial.

This is not the case.

It would be VERY easy for people to absolutely support the acting president 100% on this, if it was only violent dangerous illegal aliens who are being targeted here. I would support it too; heck yeah, get rid of the illegal gun-toting thug gang bangers, I'm quite honestly all for it.

But we both know that isn't really what's at stake here, is it.

All the government has to do is claim someone is a gang member- without proof- merely a false accusation, and it's off to the gulag with them. And they don't even have to even be here illegally. Heck, they could even be born fifth generation citizens. Without the courts, there is nothing to stop them.

This is why we as citizens need to stand up, step up and speak out while we still can- and pray that the courts will listen to reason.
Because yes, you might not imagine it, but you, too could end up in an El Salvador jail some day, for saying the wrong thing or supporting the wrong cause.

Yes, even you, Hisar, errrr which name were you using again? Rebel5soul.

Except SCOTUS just said that even those arrested under the AEA get due process.

Basically, you're fearmongering without a clue. Again.

Sounds like a threat to me.
Well, it was written, so I'm not sure how you "heard" it. If I write "fuck off and die"....is that a threat? If I write "your soon to be over life",is that a threat? Implied or otherwise?

If I wrote" I'm going to..." or I wish someone would...." those are threats, implied or otherwise....

see the difference? nah I thought not, you're a fucking idiot....report his post, n see where it goes....

^ is justifying threats against another forum member.

*shakes head over how dense some people can be*
You don't own the site, you didn't write the rules. I am 100% aware of the site rules, if the owners think I am threatening or implying a threat, then they can ban me and I'll not bother posting here again.

It's really that simple.

Exactly so. They will be brought before an immigration judge and the government will state the facts. If the judge determines that the government checked all the boxes then they will be on the next available flight out of the country. There will be NO long, drawn out, process.

They're not going from the judge to the runway, dipshit. This is a yuge waste of taxpayer monies.

The irony on how his MAGAts defend an actual felon in government. They don't even realize it. Clogging up the court system and constantly breaking laws. How many other occupants of the White House have done that? It's not even summer.

Absolutely a huge waste of tax payer money. Just like Doge and their orange felon 's golf escapades.

If only they worried more about the actual rich immigrant thug and his band of merry incels dipping their paws into government services risking people's vital information.

They need to worry about their Republican thieves in government.

Or, you know, you can just check out early.

But even the abbreviated process you are describing is clearly something this administration wants to avoid.
