Romancey story about affair between friends with light bondage

Looking for a story I read before I joined formally. The gist of the plot was two friends, a man and a woman, were meeting out of town. They are both in love with each other, but the woman is married with children (can't remember if the man is or no) and doesn't want to consummate their feelings. At the beginning of the story they are hiking. It's winter. The woman slips on ice/snow and hurts her ankle. The man picks her up and starts to carry her back to the hotel, but she gets upset because it feels too intimate and makes him put her down. The reluctance behind her actions irritates the man. She walks back to the hotel on her own, although she thinks to herself that she wishes she had accepted the mans help. She goes to her room and takes a nap before their evening outing, going to a symphony (Boston if I remember right, but I can't be sure.)

Later in the evening the man picks the woman up at her room. I'm almost sure it mentions that her dress is aquamarine or turquoise. Details get a little fuzzy. I think at this point he makesthe remark that he can't understand her aversion to an affair because her husband doesn't treat her right and also lets her daughter treat her "like a bitch." Eventually, I don't remember how, they end up having sex. Light bondage is involved (F/M I believe). Can't remember the conclusion though. One stray fact is the man might have been a business associate of the husband.
