Wanting to roleplay a certain role,
You put the car in park and gather your things before getting out and walking to the door. A note flapping in the breeze as you reach up and take it, reading “surprise inside” a little confused you open the door and walk in setting your purse and jacket down before noticing me standing there. My uniform freshly pressed and crisp as I open my arms “surprise” I say smiling as your eyes widen and a tear wells up. It’s been a year since you saw me, a year overseas.
