How soon until the United States Supreme Court is 6-3 or 7-2 in favor of conservatives? At that point, overturning Roe v. Wade is up for serious consideration.
If you were even remotely familiar with the entire substance of Roe v. Wade, you would understand how unlikely it is to ever be overturned or the need for it to be so.
Even a staunchly conservative Court is NOT going to declare that life begins at conception and has Constitutionally protected rights from that moment onward. It simply isn't going to happen.
What might and should happen is that the Court would clarify and strengthen a state's legitimate interest in protecting the potential life of an unborn child, a legal holdinhg already specifically affirmed in the original Roe decision.
Such amplification would curtail late term and monstrous partial birth abortions which are the most worthy of state intervention.
Seriously, go read the original decision in its entirety.
Thanks for your input, Sparky. Are you all in for abortion? Are you okay with a woman's decision to kill her unborn child?
