Yep. That's what the doctor called it. I just wish someone would have informed me about this particular side effect prior to surgery.

The worst part was there's no way to aspirate the fluid, it has to work against gravity and be absorbed into the body above it. Took something like 3 weeks to empty.

Wasn't particularly painful, uncomfortable yes, and you had to wear very loose fitting clothes.
