RIP Steve Strange

Died today at 55, but he'd had his problems. I first met Steve in 1980 when he was a 'doorman' at the elite and avant-garde club in Covent Garden 'The Blitz' (a certain George O'Dowd was the cloakroom attendant) and he went on to be a good mate. Lost touch with him by late 80's but a warm guy with heart of gold. RIP Stevie boy
