RIP Lady Cibelle

I figure I didn't know her as well as I know you, Sev, which, admittedly, isn't all that much. But I know what it's like to lose a friend. I've been through that ordeal several times.

So, for what it's worth:

:rose:

I have chatted with her in the past and there would always be weeks sometimes months between PM's.

I knew she was very ill, but she was never specific about what it was-in fact I am not sure the doctors really knew- and I would always cross my fingers the long silence was just her recovering, but not this time.

Her post that her husband quoted about her getting to sleep in her own bed and seeing her kids around her....the things we all take for granted every day.

It was heart breaking.

But it seemed she had really no quality of life for a very long time and now she has moved on beyond that.

Rest in piece Lady C and my condolences to her husband and to you to Max.

RIP SweetLady.

You were one of my editor when I first started to wite stories in 2005. You offered to help me when many others turned me down. I'll always remember how you always gave me a woman's point of view on all my stories. It was a sad day when you became sick and told me you no longer would be able to edit for me.

Hearing of your passing is even worse. God bless you and thank you for all you've done for me.
With Love

Oh,I'm so sorry. She graciously read a story for me and made a few helpful suggestions when I was having trouble with a rejected story. She was very kind to a newbie writer.

I'll keep her family in my thoughts. :rose:

I'm sorry too. Her feedback on some of my stories was polite, helpful and encouraging.

I shall miss her.

I'm relatively new here and didn't know her, but I'm sorry for your loss.

Griffy, nice comment.

Lady C was a great asset for lit. Very knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice, and totally charming.
A great loss for her family echoed by lit and the many people she helped here.

Condolences to her husband and her family and thanks for the privilege of having known her. :rose::rose::rose:
