Rigmutton--A wanton wench that is ready to ride upon men's backs, or else passively to be their rompstall. The word mutton, when applied to a woman, whether alone or part of a compound epithet, seems always to have been opprobrious, [as in] Shakespeare's Two Gentlement of Verona: "Ay, sir, I, a lost mutton gave your letter to her, a laced mutton, and she, a laced mutton, gave me, a lost mutton, nothing for my labour." From rig, rigging, ready to betride any inactive stallion, and give him a quickening spur.
--Frederick Elworthy's Devonshire Glossary, 1879

I guess if leg o' lamb is too dear, you can always hope for some rigmutton.

Now, why would a wanton wench want to ride upon their backs??

And furthermore, what is a rompstall?

Beats me. I mostly liked the "wanton wench" part.

I'm still working on this one; it's kind of interesting that I can't find it anywhere on-line. Now I need to know.

Rompstall

isn't in the O.E.D. (I know you were all dying to know that).

I did find a definition for "romp" as a noun, which I thought interesting and applicable:

Romp: n one who romps; esp. a play-loving, lively merry girl (or woman).
