A woman with Russian and U.S. citizenships who founded what prosecutors called a "Russian propaganda center" in New York City was charged Tuesday with subverting laws for the last decade that require foreign agents to register with the U.S.

The charges against Elena Branson were announced after the unsealing of a 36-page criminal complaint in Manhattan federal court.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said Branson, who left the country for Russia after September 2020 and remains at large, was alleged to have corresponded directly with Russian President Vladimir Putin as he carried out an aggressive propaganda campaign.

Funny, our entire judicial and social system is based on what you have done. You shall know them by their works.

Face it. The United States Government is a ravenous colonial power that pushes our military and our economic influence into every crack they can find on this planet.

If I did have kids I would make sure that they knew that patriotism and jingoism are propaganda that is used to control the weak, and to make them into willing pawns in a larger geopolitical game. I would teach them that you love and protect principles and ideals, not a flag, and not soil. Evil people hide behind your national pride and love of country.
