A cruel cunt rules the UK, and a cruel cunt rules America

American cunt is deporting those that have a legal right to remain. UK cunt is doing the same.

*angry at deliberate injustice*

UK

18 April 2018

Labour MP David Lammy said the disclosure (of the deliberate destruction of documents) deepened the scandal of the treatment of the Windrush generation – just hours after Ms May gave a personal apology.

Under the oversight of May

The files were discarded in October that year, when the current prime minister was home secretary, a former Home Office employee revealed.

October 2010, the Home Office decided to destroy the cards, when its base in Croydon was closed and the staff were moved to another, smaller site, he said.

Dirty tricks and deception from May

is an absolute disgrace that the Home Office has destroyed these documents and then forced Windrush-generation migrants to try and prove their status, threatening them with deportation and stripping them of their rights.

“This was no accident and the orders to destroys records must have come from somebody at the top of the department. It is time for the home secretary to do the honourable thing, take responsibility for this fiasco and resign.”

The government position appears to have softened significantly with Rudd’s admission on Monday that things have gone wrong in her department. On Friday, the Home Office was still recommending that people in this situation should get legal advice – despite the fact that legal costs are often unaffordable to people whose immigration problems mean they can neither work nor claim benefits (and are often homeless, and struggling with debt as a result); legal aid cuts mean it is unavailable for most immigration matters. The announcement waives application fees and the new team of 20 dedicated Home Office staff members should remove the need for the involvement of expensive lawyers.

The UK Home Office (and ministers) have been incompetent. They say they cannot trace those who came into the UK legally before Immigration rules changed.

I don't know why not. The records of those who came into the UK by ship up to 1960 - which covers almost every disputed case - are available on line. I can find out exactly who they were, how old they were, where they came from and the address they were going to in the UK.

It is a fuck-up, not a deliberate Government policy. Over a quarter of a million UK people have already signed a petition to ask the Government to sort out the mess.

They aren't illegal immigrants. They came to the UK to work, or if they were children, with their parents. They have worked, paid taxes, and been legal citizens from the day they landed in the UK.

It will be sorted because the general public of the UK want it to be.

It's the result of administrative ineptitude, not a conscious and intentional decision to uproot legitimate de-facto citizens and deport them back to a country they have no assets or connections in like the US is doing. The Tory politicians are socially backwards elitists and fools but they're not UKIP.
