Your best bet is to look at the catagories and read some stories in them to see where your stories are going to fit best. If the story is about anal sex, that's prob'ly where you should submit it. If it's about Aliens raping your cows, science fiction is a good bet.

Hi all

Yes some would be at eku. The goal is to make a series of running stories about sex in a small town, namely one that I know. I was hoping/wondering if someone could tell me a single area to post them in since one might be about two girls having sex together for the first time and the next about an orgy.

Title them all
"Richmond tales; two girls in bed" (Lesbian category)
"Richmond tales; five girls, two boys in bed" (Group sex)
Develope a short preface that says that this is one of a series of stories about the steamy underside of Richmond, and if the reader want to hear more about the local goings-on, they can click on your username and enjoy further reading.

The problem we find here is that people take their porn in one flavor or another, by and large- fans of gay smut don't care much about cheating wives... Incest fans don't want to read sweet and happy lesbians- unless of course they are sisters.

Some people with a series of stories like that will also just post them all under Novels and Novellas so they don't have to split them up into their proper categories. That cat gets less reads, though, and you'd be missing out on fans of specific genres. Just a thought.

Hmmm. That is a tough one, though. I see the author's dilemma. One hates to split a series into several different categories and lose the sense of cohesion, and yet one taunts the category fanatics at one's peril.

You might try "Erotic Couplings," as the category with the broadest description. You should know, though, that the editors will sometimes move a story to a different category. In theory the rubric is "most likely to offend"; that is, the story is listed in the category of material most likely to offend or turn off readers not expecting it. It's not entirely clear where those lines are drawn, but in general "gay" seems to trump most heterosexual categories, with the exception of "incest" which seems to supercede most things - other than "non-human."
