Vegas suffered greatly in 2020 when the Trump Pandemic roiled America, so it did something despicable to shore up ailing profit margins: they changed the sacrosanct payout for a natural blackjack (one ace and one King/Queen/Jack/10) from the 200 year standard of 3:2 to a miserly 6:5 payout, basically increasing the house's winning percentage to over 2%.

My in-laws are outside of Vegas and we never gamble or really even visit the Strip. As I've gotten older, I'm more interested in the fun tours and stuff like the Mob Museum which I highly recommend. Even the better restaurants can be found outside of Vegas proper these days.
