This is a political equivalent of the "Darwin Awards," meaning that you don't want to receive one of these. It means that a public official or politician has fucked up this week. Every week will have a "winner," of course. That's how this works.
This week's Tammany definitely goes to the Donald himself, President of the United States Donald J. Trump. When you start urging people to inject disinfectants into their veins, you've become a serious threat to public health if you do so from a position of political authority and trust.
This guy needs to be voted out this year. We can't afford four more years of this chump. I don't even think much of Biden, and I toyed with third-party, but lives are now really at risk and stake. Let's vote this chump out of there. Biden might last all four years, might not, but if Trump gets back in, lots more people could die, because he's governing by the seat of his pants, winging it from a position of gross incompetence, at a time when we need at least a somewhat lucid and rational adult.
So, yeah, with much regret because I think that he's a corporate clone, I endorse Joe Biden for President. And I award this week's Tammy to Trump.
