Do you have any evidence to back up this claim? Because I know a number of black people who were fired for multiple, valid reasons.
I find it strange that you believe white employers are so racist.

But I have a different take on this particular case:
The teacher clearly lacked judgment and did something inappropriate and stupid.
Was it also driven by racism? Probably no imo, because true racists are much better at dissimulating.
--But would I want a teacher who does such stupid things, to continue teaching my kids unsupervised? Not without some sort of oversight.
As to who drove the decision to fire her – it was the Investigatory committee of the Department of Education.
I personally think that the decision was over the top and they could have found other ways to monitor or discipline her.
But that’s what such authorities do whenever they get complaints from the public, regardless of issue: they try to cover their backs and to keep their cushy jobs, and try to cater to the complainant.
I heard of teachers being fired over borderline issues when white kids were involved too.
So I don’t think that their harsh decision was driven by “reverse racism”, tbh. Rather, that sort of defensiveness is common in Regulatory bodies of government institutions that are accountable to the public.

There are no valid reasons unless you're a privileged white supremacist alt-right Nazi.
White people are born inherently racist, might as well be genetic. They don't even know it but they are, it's called unconscious bias and it's how whiteness keeps minorities enslaved to this very day.
It's the root of where all white privilege stems from and taxing all white people to the poverty line to check that privilege is the only way minorities will have a chance.
