Revenge of the Woman-Spider!

Given the recent finding that male spiders have recently been found to salivate on female spiders' genitals as foreplay and afterplay, I was thinking that this would be a good springboard for an erotic horror/non-human story - something like a predatory woman-spider centaur (image) requiring oral sex.

I have difficulty imagining an evolutionary path producing such species so we need either powerful magic, or a mad scientist or aliens with gene-tweaking expertise, or the tired-and-true radioactive-spider bite. Devise the mechanism and the story can proceed.

Is Wendy in woman-spider form full-time or does she morph under certain conditions, sort of like a were-centaur? Full-time woud be awkward but not undoable; she lives in seclusion and emerges for food and sex. Part-time would be more convenient; she goes looking for love under the full moon or whatever.

And now, my obvious question: What sort of story ending(s) to you want?
