Retirement for overworked, overused,underpaid subs and slaves

So I've been thinking. Spending most of your adult life tied and beaten certainly doesn't come with a retirement plan so I think Masters need to think of creating a retirement fund for their subs and i have the perfect place for them to live in their later years. An assisted living facility for past prime sub/slaves.
I would offer them 24 hour orthopedic services.
Knee replacement would be free of charge and done before they enter the facility.
Physical therapy and chiropractic on request...ya know...tens units and all that fun torture stuff they use.
Hmmmm daily enemas from evil nurses would also be available on request.
They would never be allowed to pick their wardrobe or meals.
There would be no privacy....bathroom doors always opened, door to the room blocked with that mesh stuff so they cant get out without tripping an alarm.
Only the scariest meanest looking nurses hired just to go check out who tripped their alarm.
Timed showers and a curfew might be nice too.
Daily physical inspections
