Resubmission of a story

What are the rules/procedures for resubmitting a story?

I took my reader's comments to heart and would like to resubmit my contest story. I was a bit rushed to get it submitted in time for the story, so I didn't get to proofread it completely. Also, I ended it a bit abruptly. I'd like to submit a sequel to the story, but I feel this one needs to have a better ending (and fix some of the inconsistencies).

When you've made the changes, resubmit it the way you did the first time. Put EDIT at the end of the title (Human Sexuality in College-EDIT) and a note in the comment box. The edited version will retain the votes and comments of the original.

Nit pick. When reading any lierature obvious factual errors rub me the wrong way. In this case you put "Chico State College" in Southern Ca. It is actually 600 miles to the North - about 150 miles north of Sacto.
I would rate this story at least 80-85 out of 100.
