Anybody have resources on how to make a workplace trans-friendly? I'm talking to my work diversity people about trans & intersex inclusion; the OII guide for employers is just what I need on the I side, but I haven't found anything as useful for T stuff.
Most of the resources I've found are coming from the employee side, and some of them are just tagged as "LGBTI" without indicating whether they really cover T and I-specific stuff or if it's just "LGB, close enough".
Stuff on how to run recruitment processes that won't out people whose transcripts and references are in the wrong name and gender would be great; I have some ideas but don't want to reinvent the wheel.
