Request from a poster on another forum

A fellow by the name of Heartbreaker posted this on another forum:

One day, using my technology of electrical nerve stimulation, I shall make love to a lightning bolt!

It needs to be written into short story. My curiosity demands it.
Preferably including the sentence: 'He aimed his lightning rod skyward.'

I do have an idea for how I would write this, but it looks like I won't get around to it anytime soon. In the meantime, does anyone else want to take up the challenge?
