Sounds like a worthy cause to me. From the Magna Carta and te Glorious Revolution to common law and the Bill of Rights, the history of this political tradition is one of the world's greatest.

It's an externalized self-loathing, i think. A couple of years ago, I read about a study that examined group affinities. Every single group - black, white, Asian, Latino, etc - had an in-group affinity, i.e. they sought out and preferred the company of people like them. There was only one exception: White leftists, who had a pronoinced in-group hostility, i.e. they hate white people. By extension, I believe, they hate the cultures and traditions, including political traditions, that have evolved in Europe and other areas that are predominantly white and seek to destroy them.

It explain a lot of what we see today.
