What Rebulican would spend every cent left with no fiscal restraint?
Support the PATRIOT act? Then you're not a Republican.
What Republican would be in favor of more government power? Of bigger, more involved government? What Republican would support fewer civil rights?
Support Intelligent Design? Then you're not a Republican.
Republicans separated church and state for a reason - what kind of conservative would fight to change that now? Government has no business being involved in religion - or the schools for that matter.
