1. More evidence that this clown has forgotten the difference between truth and fantasy assuming he ever knew it, since he obviously wasn't assaulted.

Rudy has been claiming he was viciously assaulted by a man in Staten Island, who, video evidence proved, just tapped him on the back.

Giuliani continued, "So the woman? that woman, uh gave a statement to the police and the guy hit me so hard that she herself almost fell from the reverberation of it."

As Giuliani was describing an alternate version of what actually happened about his supposed assault, Greg Kelly could not hold back laughing and smirking at the stupidity of what he was describing.
