Renting a room (closed for slutindianwife)

Typo is a 21 year old, his family could see he is a hard worker so they got a small 2 bedroom home in the center of Miami. It is a good place for him to build a life as the bedrooms are a good size tho they share the bathroom. Typo hopes by posting a listing online he will get a mature roommate, and not a party kid personality like what fills the dorms of the college.

Typos day starts out in class then in the afternoon he goes to his work site for the trade apprentice program to get hands on skill building walls and working with the electrocutions to run wires in the wall and the plumbers to run pipes. So when he gets home he has to hit the books for the next day class info in the morning. Typo works hard for a 21 year old. Typo is 5'10 180 pounds with a thin but well toned body from the hard work. Typo is proud of the privacy 6 foot fence that is around the back yard. Late in the afternoon he gets to check the online post saying "bedroom for rent shared bathroom, small house with privacy."

I see the ad and immediately reply:
Hi, can you please gimme more info on this?
Am, interested!

Typo was doing some studying when a e-mail popped up. He opens it up thinking it was for work, but quickly realizes it from the add site. He responds "I own a small 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house. It has a mid and back yard that has a 6 foot privacy stone looking fence. 2 car wide drive way with a single car spot under the car port for shade. You would be sharing the full bathroom with me and the half bathroom is a guest bathroom off the living room. House has washer and dryer unit along with dishwasher. House has central air so the ac gets pumped evenly threw all of the house if the vents are open. Nice quite family area so no parties.I am a college student and study allot in the afternoon.... Is there anything you want to know, please feel free to e-mail me back with questions.

Saddly no but there is a nice patio. Could get a above ground one pool tho.

I respond back " want to come over at 7pm? Gives me time to get cleaned up from work. What time do you get off work?"

In the back of my mind as I try to study, I cant help but to wonder what this woman will look like that is looking at moving in with me.

“7 PM is great. I’ll be there.
But just one thing, if I like it, can I move in right away?”

Move in like tonight, or sometime this week?

I write back "Sure sounds like a plan. What time do you normally get off work at?" I hit send but I keep re-reading that a few times and ponder if she plans to sleep with me tonight.

I get off at 6, I can be there at 7.
I hope you are a late sleeper, I am.

I get up at about 7am for study and school work till noon then I go to work in the afternoon. I am 21 years old.

Job? What job???

Trades men, learning how to build homes. What age are you and what kind of job do you have?

I work for a call centre in Mumbai, India.
My company has sent me here on a 10 month training program.
I will let you guess my age when we meet tonite at 7.
Lol.

I take an hour off from my work.
Get to my rented place.
Pack my bags.
Grab A cab and head to the new place.
It is now a little past 6 PM.
I am excited!

I got home washed up from a hard day work of drilling and pulling wire. Sitting down for dinner about 6:30pm as i have a few coney island hot dogs for dinner.

The cab pulls up at your place. I am early.
It is 10 minutes to 7.

I had just got up and put my plate in the sink that i had used for holding my 2 hotdog and bit of chilly and toppings that may have fell off. I go to the door still wearing my steel toe work boots, khaki cargo pants and a polo shirt....

I open the door and smile asking " You here to see the house at 7pm?" as I work hard to keep my eyes from bulging out and mouth falling open at the stunning woman standing before me.

I look at you stunned.
I think,
”Fukkk a young American stud!”
I smile, reach out my hand and say:
“Yes, I’m Nisha!”

"Please come in, I am Typo." I move to the side and gesture come on in. From the door can see the living room in the back center of the house. Just before that tot he left side sliding door that leads to the carport and a brick wall with a pattern of missing bricks along the side and back. Then off the glass sliding door is the patio the small table that can seat 4 people (one per-side) with the kitchen. A basic open floor plan... To the right of the livingroom is a hallway to the side of the house. Next to the hallway and a bit behind me can be seen a small room that is the half bathroom. A bathroom sink can be seen from the door.

I gulp as Nisha's full body hugs the outfit making her look so sexy. I get hard seeing the woman at the door glad shes not some skinny woman.
