Removing stories

So how does this work?

Say I've posted a story and want to pull it, going to sell it, want to edit some bad parts, what ever.

I don't see anything for removing, only submitting... or and I blind again?

If your story is titled "Hello everybody," and you want to delete it, all you have to do is submit a title called "Hello everybody- DELETE".

Then in the story and/or comment, put "please delete."

Same thing with editing. Submit a title called "Hello everybody- EDIT"

Then submit the edited story. In the comments, put "this is a story edit."

Keep in mind, this process is low priority. So it could take a week before you see results.

Resubmit the story with just the title with Delete at the end.

Add in the notes field that you want to delete the story.


It will take a couple of days so be patient.

Ahhhh!

I read the EDIT info, but never made the connection to DELETE. Since some sites can be a bit prickly on how things are done that little tid bit would be a good addition to the FAQ.

In my experiences with pot shots, the chaser is usually either an extra large pizza with double toppings being delivered or an expensive "buy-one-of-everything" trip to the closest convenience store.
