I happened across a little sex toy called the Remote Butterfly, and an idea came to mind.

Anyways, my idea is that a sexually adventurous couple decides to buy one and use it for some fun. The woman wears it, with a skirt over it, and they go out. Maybe to dinner, maybe the movies, maybe a club, whatever. The catch is that the man has the remote, and he controls it. While the one in the link above has only one function (on or off), perhaps we could throw in some writer's freedom to make it so he could control the intensity as well.
