Remind me, please.

All of them? You could PM laurel or submit a blank poem with "delete" in the title. Just add a comment in the "notes" section about removing all your poems. I think that's how I once did it.
Sad to see all your poems leaving.

I, too, would be sad to see your poems go.
I've appreciated them, along with your posts.
Are you leaving us?

That's how I do it. Submit it as a poem, title it Delete Poems or something, and then wait. I've also found that if I really want to avoid the temptation of changing my mind, a PM to Laurel seems to speed things up. I personally like the idea of periodic list-cleansing. Start over, redo old, etc. It's good.

Happy New Year!

I used to know - but that was long ago............how do I remove my poems?

Dear Sweet Tess-

Years ago when I first joined this little community, one of your poems- "Old Growth" was the first poem I read on Lit that inspired me to write a poem in response. I love that poem, and you, as well. Your spirit is strong and green, giving, loving, compassionate and kind.

I would miss you terribly if you chose to leave. I know it's your choice, but whatever you do, keep writing and send our poems out. You are more than talented enough to be published and the world is being deprived.

IN any case, be well, always know a wacky Carolina gal cares about you and just adores your sketches and poetry.

hugs and always remember that- ( Avogadro)

"equal volumes of gases at the same temperature and pressure contain the same number of molecules regardless of their chemical nature and physical properties"

that's how I look at life now, it's all equal in a certain mole-ish way.

Be Happy dear Friend-

julie

Oh, thank you all for your support. I'm not leaving, just plucking up the courage to try publishing some of my stuff. Rather than a mass removal, I want to take a selection. So... I submit, say "Small White Bones" but put PLEASE REMOVE in the Title line, is that how it's done for individual poems?

I have edited poems and, in the past, asked Laurel to remove them all but never tried deleting individual works.

I don't think I'll ever leave this place, my muse refuses to cooperate when I try.

 to you all.

Good luck and congratulations! I'm sure you'll do well in publishing some.
When they're published please be sure and let us know where.

Details I'm not sure about. I've never deleted or edited
(Once I edited one which was pending simply be entering the fixes which I didn't catch at first).

And I'm glad you're staying here with us.

What I've done is submit a blank poem with the same title and the word DELETE added (e.g., "Small White Bones-DELETE"). I also add a note indicating that I would like the poem deleted. It usually takes a few days.

You might want to keep a copy of the comments, if they are important to you. I've deleted poems in the past thinking I wouldn't care about the comments, but later wished that I had kept them, at least in some cases.

Good luck on the publishing thing, Tess. Like EO, I think you'll do very well.

I saved my poems and the comments to a private community page. Doing so preserved all of the links to individual email accounts, etc. To remove poems from Lit, T-zed's method has always worked for me. I received a pm from Laurel the first time since she was concerned about why I was removing such a large selection. I just explained that I wanted to remove them for reasons you've mentioned, Tess, and besides, some were really not representative of where I stood as a poet at the time.

Good luck with the publishing!

Happy New Year!

You're right. There's a muse here. I don't understand it, but there is.
