I have looked around for this kind of story, but did not find much.
Here is what i have in mind :
For various reasons, the legislators/rulemakers publish a law so that
a selected part of the male population have permission to have sex with any girl they want.
Jail could be sentenced if some girl were to refuse.
Women would not be pleased with this new condition but may understand why this new guideline is important.
That story would occur in the current world.
To make it fair/realistic, the rationale could be for example :
* some highly skilled people could be selected so that the country new offspring would benefit from better genetic selection
* the "Sex Liscence" could be a Government reward to people who made great stuff (act of bravery/valor, ...)
* others
I am looking for a story where the male main character is not expecting this reward and different experiences follows.
To conclude, I am looking for a male dominant kind of story but
* without the "irrealistic magic" that takes place in mind control stories
* with lighter violence compared to fully blackmail/non-consent stories
* preserving the easy access to a wide range of potential "targets"
* and preserving the "boy next door" selection of the main character
