Religion question here........I know this is opening a can of worms but........

I would like some input here. I know this is a touchy subject but I want to throw this out.
My Mother attends a pretty hard core church (Not the one I go to).

There is a lady who is as some would call (Me at least) a holly roller...........Bible banger....ect.

Now that my father passed away this past year, and I am an only child that don't live real close to Mom. These "Bums" have come out of the wood work cause they know my Mom has just sold her house and has a little cash now.

They never have any money alwasy seem to have way to many kids and play that ..............."The lord will provide for me shit"......

I mean hey the lord gave you the means to provide for yourself.............You don't like your live then you have the power to change it.........

Watching this has made me look back over my 35 years and you know what........ I have been around this type in the past.....Funny not one had any real cash.....They were lower income folks.........Can't say I have ever ran into a high income holly roller or even a middle income........

They driver there Multi colored Dodge caravans with there "Fish" on the back..........


This shit really pisses me off....................Anyone any take on this????????????

This lady wanted my Mother to go on vaction with her faimly......Which is cool Mom is a big girl and can go where she wants but at the last minute she found out this lady wanted Mom to pay for everything.......I meanit was like ten folks total............WTF?????????

What is your mom's opinion on this??? Is she willing to pay for them? And unfortunately, my experience is bible thumpers (my stepfather and stepbrother being baptist ministers) are some of the most hypocritical people out there.

No way Mom called me to say.....Do you belive what she is doing...............Early on she ask if I thought it was ok for her go. I told her go enjoy.........

When she sold the house she give me a few thingf thats been in the house all my life and this lady got mad at my Mom ...she felt it should have gone to her......

Not all Holy Rollers are poor; my grandfather and his second wife are upper-middle income born-agains, and they roll with the "best" of them.
