Rejected, not sure why

I just had my first story attempt rejected. I'm not sure why. Would somebody be willing to look at it and let me know what I did wrong?

There should be an explanation with the rejection (I think you have to click on the "Rejected"?) that will tell you why it was rejected.

Did you click on the "Rejected" link? That will take you to a page that will have give you an idea. It's usually phrased as a question, like "is there underage sex?" or a suggestion that punctuation or grammar might be wrong.

Potential underage sex, or the perception of it, and bad punctuation seem to be the top reason stories get rejected.

You do need to find out the reason the editor rejected it. We could look at your story for you and identify what we think it might have been rejected for--but not see what the editor rejected it for. Which could lead to another rejection if you didn't get that fixed before resubmitting.
