I have a story pending on the boards, I submitted on thursday, I think. Maybe friday.. but it's still pending, and in fact has been viewed (or so it says) 90 times! is that normal? This story was actually rejected once before and it had only taken two days or so... anyways I want my story rejected!! Reject me, reject me! Pleeeease!

Hmmm... interesting concept for a story. some guy who gets off on rejection, wants to be rejected, approaches various women with that goal in mind, says the dumbest things he can think up and ends up always getting the girl.. interesting comedy. Just came to me now.

Anyways I digress, fact is, I jumped the gun and submitted it way too early but there doesn't see to be any means of withdrawing it? or am I just missing something? can anyone help? I don't want anybody reading it the way it is in that state..

You can delete it by resubmitting the title followed by DELETE in upper case.

An explanation in the Notes field would help.

You can EDIT it by resubmitting it with the same title followed by EDITED in upper case. Again, a message in the Notes field like 'Please replace original with this edited version' would help.

Views - many of them are probably you checking to see what has happened to your story.

Note: Make sure the title is exactly the same including case and spaces.
