What happened to you in your life that challenged you morally? Something that you did do that you now regret, or something that you didn't do that you wish you had? Or something that really challenged you, but you still think you made the right decision?
I will start. I have 3 but one at a time.
I was dating this girl while I was in University. We had been on and off for about a year and a half. She moved in with a friend of hers from high school who was smoking hot, and waitressed at a bar I frequented. We were friendly, and flirty, but nothing over the top. One day... I am over at their place, it was near campus, and I was just hanging out. The roommate was there, walking around in something pretty skimpy, and it was obiously done on purpose. She had to work, so she goes to take a shower. I hear the water. A minute later, she comes out and says, "The hot water won't stay on."
"What do you mean?"
"The hot water won't stay on. I turn the hot water knob on, but it turns itself off, and I only get cold water."
I say... "Let me look.", and go into the bathroom with her following me. I turn both knobs. Both knobs stay on. Water is perfect.
"Seems to be working now."
So... either a test of faithfulness for her friend, or she wanted me to hold the water open for her while she showered. Either way... being a dumb 18 year old kid, I didn't catch on until 5 mins later. All these years later, I half regret not being quicker. But the other half tells me it was just a test, and I passed.
BTW the on gain off again ended for good not too long after that. LOL. Motherfucker. Figures.
