Register to forums

How do I register for forums, I did it before on my other account but forgot how to do it

( my other account had an e-mail address on file that does not currently exist. at a minimum I could not reset my password because it went to the other address and I probably was not able to change my e-mail address either. So I can not access that account.

Huh? You're already there...here.

Now if you mean how do I subscribe to threads, that's easy, just create one or post an answer on them and you automatically subscribe to them. But if you want to be notified of peoples replies, go to your User CP - Profile Options and select how you want to be notified.
