I'm enjoying a can of Canfield's diet chocolate fudge soda. Takes like chocolate, really. I'm not sure if this is available elsewhere in the country, I don't think so,

What regional specialty drinks do you have and enjoy?

I can't think of anything that's particularly Southern California.

My own favorite soft drink is Schweppe's Bitter Lemon, and I can't think when I last had one.

With Mardi Gras only two days away, here in New Orleans there's a proliferation of our fair city's most famous sub-tropical drink: the hurricane.

1 1/2 oz. light rum
1 1/2 oz. dark rum
1/2 oz. amaretto
1 oz. gin
splash of grenadine
3 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. grapefruit juice
3 oz. orange juice
maraschino cherries
cracked ice

Voila! The hurricane. This is making me thirsty and I can hear the marching bands coming. Time to go to the parade. Wish me luck!

Your drink sounds great but somehow I think it tastes a lot better with the naked breasts nearby.

Probably the most popular regional drinks in this area (SE Penna) is WAWA coffee and A-Treat soda.

gulp!

Disovered this-a-here thread while I was waiting for the tea to brew. No wonder I'm thirsty ...

I really miss unsweetened tea. I went to South Carolina, a wonderful state, but I can't handle the whole sweet tea thing.
