I think they just got blindsided by a variant that outcompeted all the other variants the antibodies worked against. It was useful for a time, though.

Because there have been so many errors and lies by the Experts that they have lost credibility. And they did it to themselves.

it was a useful tool against the other variants

anyone trying to sell people on taking the treatment for omicron is a con-artist since this is known by the medical body.
 
Was Regeneron ever really completely approved by the FDA or is it still under emergency provisions

Granted… it saved Trump when used against original virus

Which, by the way, DOESN'T WORK against Omicron and barely held its own against Delta.
 
I agree with Timmy Rapey. Trumpsters should avoid the vaccine. Everyone else who lives in an objective reality should consult their doctor. :)

The experts have sometimes revised their views in light of new data, which is exactly what they are supposed to do. They have not lied, and they have not been in any way discredited.

Per capita deaths from covid have been significantly higher in the U.S. than in other rich countries. And whose fault is that? Not the experts'.
 
I have a close family relative who was infected with the original Covid virus in August 2020. The only reason he is alive today is because of Regeneron. It may not work against the newer variants, but it damned sure worked against the original virus.

Those experts were not lying, they were basing everything they said on the best scientific knowledge available at the moment.
