hmm, ok, so you all have a problem with me. ok, whatever. if it takes time to prove that i am not the idiotic child that you already think i am, then so be it.

pc and ebw are welcome to be the cretinous wiseasses that they are, and i'll deal with it.

i apologize for my chat talk and chatlike ways. i do find it fun to chat, and it is a hard habit to break as i'm sure former chatters are aware.

as for childishness...i think you all tend to act the same way, yet i've apparently gone overboard. that can be fixed.

so, if you'd like me to be more like you think carefully first. question how you really act first. should we judge others by what we believe or should we tolerate them?

many of you out there have misconstrued what i have said before or delete part of what i say to make me sound childish and stupid. and i even found it funny.

as for everything else, i honestly do think you'll get to know me, and may start to rethink judging me off of the 2 days most of you have known me online. well, people change and people may appear one way and change the next.

i'm not posting this to be ribbed later, this is just to say, "look, i know some of you have problems with me and that is your own right, but i'm sure you'll eventually like me, hate me, or tolerate me."

so, for those who want to comment or read, i leave it to you how to respond.

i did not put this up for attention, i put this up to address the problems others have with behavior here.

Welcome back!

Seems like you've finally found your bearings and are headed down the right road.

Bad starts don't necessarily preclude bad endings.

tmuyo...

I find chat talk (I call it txt talk) an irritant. It distracts from what you are trying to say.

Study the general board and how people react to various posts.

Personal insults are used but rarely go anywhere.

Those are just three personal observations...NOW

There is no point in submerging your own personality.

I don't particularly want you to be like me or anyone else.

I would like to see you plough your own furrow (logically though, not hysterically), don't backdown unless you are really painted into a corner, and have fun on the fun threads after you've read what they're all about.

OK? cu nxt tm!

:p

Don't stress, dude. Just relax and have a good time. People have short memories, and here (as in life) you're gonna run into people you don't click with. No biggie. Just don't sulk about it...it's a waste of time. Post what you wanna post, accept that not everyone will agree with you, and enjoy yourself. It's a porn site, for cryin out loud...it's SUPPOSED to be fun.. ;)

Yeah...

it's text talking on the mobiles that does it.

:)

Tmuyo

Don't worry about it too much. There are a few BBers that are well liked today who made bad impressions when they first came onto the scene also. Just learn from past mistakes, move on, and have fun.

:)

thanks all, i plan to.

i know it's supposed to be fun, that's why i was horrified when people complained about my non-srp writing...i was so confused.

well, now that i've straightened that out, i can go back to being the happy wierdo that i am.

has there been a thread asking how people found lit? i mean, i'm sure we all pretty much have an idea, but i'd like to see if people had varied experiences...

i wouldn't mind being the one to start such a thread if it hasn't been done before....

Been there, done that

Oh, it's been done before. Probably more than once. I've seen it come and go. You can look for it or ask someone else if they know where it's hiding or you can start another all over again. But if you do decide to start a new one, don't be too surprised if someone tells you that it's already been done.

Heck, if people were to not start threads simply because they've been done before, this place sure would get quiet all of a sudden.

;)

i am a fan already.......

..in light of my own infamous start here; i am a fan of anyone who can enjoy the moment and not hold themselves to any standards as in the manner of board ettiquette and community standards that do squash individuality and reduces people to either 'in' or asshole.......

as such tmuyo i am glad that you are here: your flaws mean nothing more than a willingness to explore what is beyond the lines - as proven in the fields of art (see picasso....): music (see the dj nation.....): literature (see such comics as garth ennis' preacher or grant morrison's the invisibles....): and film (see the use of theories in information as used by the pnader brothers in the movie the matrix.....)

it is my deepest conviction that the mainstream is an inactive proposition waiting to latch on to the next 'cool' trend and then claims originality......

how original can a culture be when everyone is wearing gap gear.....

bullseyes

don't forget the alternating red and white rings we have on our asses....

naw, not saying supress ourselves, just chill sometimes. if you need to get laid, go do it. ;)

when my girl comes back from taiwan on the 16th of septemeber i'm definitely going to get some "therapy" when she comes back ^_^

Cool. Most chatters don't seem to understand it isn't them we dislike, it is their terrible punctuation and use of the english language.

Now I know how all those Brits feel complaining about the Americanization of their beloved English language. ;)

Please, you're doing better already. But could you add the use of the shift key to our typing? Capitalization does serve a useful purpose and it drives most (not all) bb members crazy when someone doesn't use it.

THE SHIFT KEY?!?!?!?!?!?!?

i do not use that on principle. that and i hate the damn thing, it works on capitalizing the letters i don't want capitalized. besides, i type too fast and it throws off my rythm.

sidenote, anything that is not submitted to one of my profesors or goes to somewhere necessary, i refuse to shift...

call it my own thing...never shifted never will...

then you really didn't mean to apologize for your chatlike ways if you think a post like this is perfectly acceptable did you? for shame leading us on like that with a lie.

:p

*hangs head in shame....*

sniff...well...didn't think no one was gonna beat me up over not using the shift button...sniff

so i ain't perfect, and neither is my apology, that's why you people will eventually come to like/love me :D

cheyenne, besides what was above,

have you noticed your not using it now? ;) busted...hee hee hee

It might help you to realize that more of the writers hang out here. They write, so appreciate the suble things like proper spelling and the use of capital letters. When you don't use them you "throw them off rhythm". Oh, and one more thing, unlike chat you have time to consider the content before you speak. I hope you have a good time here.

You're kidding, I hope. Either that or my humor is more subtle than I thought.

I never have any room to talk about anyone else's language. My writing on the board usually falls beneath the standards of the King's English.

I feel that as long as someone is not insulting, they have a right to express themselves in their own way, saying whatever they want. They should not have to change to fit our style, just conform to a few rules of civility...

Laurel (notice the el this time instead of the a) has a great point.

It's for fun, I think a lot of folks here forget that

going out on a limb here...

while i dont know how this thread got started....just a little observation...my favorite poet happens to be Edward Estin Cumming a.k.a e.e.cummings...
;)

Sorry, tmuyo, but I like you. Even Juspar is starting to take a liking to you. Now don't you worry about people being pissy to you, they're all pissy to me, too, at times. Fuck 'em all! ;) Stick around, you're loved.

yeah your loved

i'd share a cup of tea with you anytime sweety
;)
