References to gender in genital-slang terms is never very flattering.

I defy you to refer to a man as a "dick", a "putz", a "schmuck" or a pussy without thinking of the negative connotations that each of those words bring to mind. And, I would expect that if you referred to a woman by the "C" word she would not be flattered.

I wonder why that is?? What is it about those slang terms for male and female genitals that have such negative connotations?? I thought that the sex organs were suppossed to be things of beauty.
