Congrats to the Sox

and ya-fuckin- hoo to all the Boston Fans

Now I can sleep

Tath.... t'was poetry indeed!

I had no choice but to stay up and watch the whole thing... and the alarm goes off at 4:30 AM. Being older than certain monkeys, I'm dog-ass tired this morning. (Where's my cane?)

There was absolutely nothing on the front page of the Portland Paper this morning except for the Sox. The only death mentioned was of the Curse! That's poetic, as well!

BTW... is it "ya-fuckin-hoo", or "ye-fuckin-ha"? Might be that slight southern New England accent, dontcha know.

How 'bout "fuckin-A!"?

I called in sick yesterday for the rest of the week
I do have a flu or something but
I also wanted to make sure I could stay up and see them win.

The parade saturday ought to be a trip

I can't call in sick... I'm self-employed, and my boss is an asshole!

The parade should be a trip, indeed. Saw the coverage this morning... Boston cops in riot gear!!! Damn, all because of a couple of thousand fans and beer!

Isn't there just one other Cardinals fan out there who's as disappointed as I am about our poor performance and loss???

All I could think about was how much my Dad and his Mom would have loved this win! Dad was born in 1918. I'm normally a Yankees fan, but ya gotta love the RedSox!

Go back to sleep, Bambino!! Rest easy now, and no more curses!

Ange... I fell asleep too.
