I've seen a couple people I would love to get t contribute to my story floating around, but I am not sure if it is a faux pas to message them about it. It's a bit weird; I don't want to come off as a telemarketer or anything.

I was wondering what people considered to be appropriate and inappropriate methods of trying to get writers to your/other's stories.

"Hi I like your stuff, especially "X" in the story "Y" seeing as you like that style of story you may also like "Z"."

Is probably a good start.

Just make sure to offer a thread or two added to their stories in exchange for it and I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't mind.

I was actually thinking of messaging you, Benjidude, after reading some of your threads in Absolute Power and Wishbone and noticing that you were around and posting today. I was going to ask if you would be interested in John Almighty when I decided to pose this thread, cause I wasn't sure if messaging you like that would be intrusive/annoying.

I was actually thinking of messaging you, Benjidude, after reading some of your threads in Absolute Power and Wishbone and noticing that you were around and posting today. I was going to ask if you would be interested in John Almighty when I decided to pose this thread, cause I wasn't sure if messaging you like that would be intrusive/annoying.

Lol I was looking at John Almighty today thinking where I could add something, unfortunately it was after I'd done all those other threads today and was a little burned out. I've been following John since you first posted it, it's just a matter of coming up with something that fits in.

As for messages I'm always up for receiving a message or two and could be persuaded into perhaps doing some thread trade-off stuff.

While initially I'm always a little unkeen on Mind Control stories as I prefer them to be more about subtly than about complete and utter omnipotence as I struggle to read them when they just get really silly. However within a few moments I found myself smiling at the porn world idea and very quickly found where I could add a thread. I'm in the process of writing it now shall be done soon I hope.
