Really Odd Story Idea

Okay, this story idea is based off of a medical condition that, as far as I know, is completely fictional. It's called:

Lycanthropic Hermaphrotism
A condition where all of a person's exterior features are of one gender, but their internal anatomy is of the opposite gender.

The premise of the story is that this guy has been having vomiting spells for the past month or so, but no doctor seems able to find out what's wrong, until one diagnoses him with this LycanHerm condition. Despite appearing entirely male on the outside, he is technically a female with a woman's internal anatomy, and he happens to be pregnant.

As if this weren't a disturbing enough revelation, the only way he could have become pregnant is if his penis came in contact with another man's sperm. He soon figures out that this happened when he had sex with his wife shortly after she had an affair with his best friend, and some of the friend's seed was still in her.

All this would result in a very bizarre love triangle and some interesting emotional and physical changes for the pregnant man.

Anyone who feels up to using such a weird premise, have at it.

I would read that, although where the heck is the baby supposed to come out? Also, I'd make it that the husband and wife tried for children for years before giving up, and that they both agreed to have this threesome with the husband's best friend so he could get the wife pregnant. (They knew it was the husband who was infertile because obviously a guy with female innards would have a sperm count of zero when tested. His cum would be female cum, just lubricant.)

It would make a very surreal and disturbing story......I could help but imagine it all twisting into some bizarre revenge story, with the protagonist turning insane. If I made a trip to the doctors with vomitting and was told that I think I'd go insane!!!!!!

The general consensus is that sperm can typically survive in a woman’s body for up to 5 days after ejaculation. Some research is even starting to indicate that sperm are capable of surviving for up to seven days after intercourse. For a couple that is trying to conceive, having intercourse one to three days before ovulation (giving the sperm plenty of time to swim up the fallopian tubes!) is optimal. And for those of you who would like to avoid pregnancy, using protection at all times, especially around the time of ovulation, is highly recommended.

It already exists

Strange enough, a condition like this exists, it's called inter-sexuality; this means that a person looks like one gender, but had to be born looking like the other gender.
I've seen a documentary about it on tv once, and the women (well, they looked like women, but had male chromosomes) had no womb nor ovaries and had large amounts of testosteron, like men. The result of this, if not treated in time, was that the woman would get a low voice and her vagina, which should be a penis, would close up, sticking together if not properly used/treated.

That's actually the one part of this story that would be firmly based in reality. Just perform a Caesarean section when it's time for the baby to come out.
