So, I came up with, what to me would be an amusing thought, of reality tv shows turned sexual. These could possibly spark a whole set of stories together. Its not my thing - but I could see someone liking it/writing it.

There could be a show like "Next Top Porn Star" where the contestants compete to be the next famous porn star - and of course all live in a house at the same time (where even more sex could happen).

"Sex Fear Factor" could encompass really bizarre/kinky sexual "dares" for the contestants in order to win a prize.

...And I'm sure theres a whole bunch more of possibilities as well.

What was the show recently that coupled a nerd and a beautiful woman to teach each other things?

How about one where the beauty guides the nerd in a makeoover and teaches the nerd to be a good lover, including in bed instruction. Then all the nerds go into a night club, and the ones who bring a girl back to the apartment for a night of sex get to keep going on the show. Hidden cameras of course.

Each weekend, they are sent out again, and the ones who score, keep coming back the next week until just one is left. He and his beauty split a million dollars and a week on a tropical island, where they are photographed having sex on the beach.

I rather liked the next top porn star bit, though that one is one of those everybody gets a turn at it because porn stars do so many different things, gay lesbian, straight, bi, bondage, and then there's the really disgusting stuff, I mean seriously think of a fetish and there's movies, some of it obviously couldn't do on literotica, but most you can, and I know I couldn't do most of the different types, but I wouldn't mind a turn at a gangbang scene.

I think thats a chain story I could actually be interested in. I, personally, prefer the idea of keeping the same cast of characters - you get plot development and all. Make it survivor-esque; start with a bunch, and narrow down the characters as it continues...the final people left you'll know the best.
